This fall, Art in Action invites young artists on an 8-week creative adventure where poetry, famous artists, art history, and hands-on art-making come together. Each week, we’ll begin with a memorable line of poetry that sparks our imagination. From the movement of the wind through autumn trees to mysterious ravens, glowing fall colours, and the powerful symbolism of the Remembrance Day poppy, every week will bring a new artistic discovery.
Projects are designed with approachable, step-by-step instruction so that artists of different experience levels can experience success while still having plenty of room for creativity and individual expression.
