As fall rolls in and the leaves change, this year is different. It’s almost time to go back to school and there are so many unanswered questions. As parents ourselves, we are wrestling with the same choices you are facing.
Tanya and I wanted to offer parents some certainty. Art in Actionisrunning a brand new online fall program. Here’s what I do know, when children participate in art:
- It has a positive effect on mental health
- They learn from their mistakes and how to accept them in the creative process
- Art making helps children concentrate and focus
- They learn that every problem has multiple solutions
Let’s begin the year together, join Art in Action online to learn how to create iconic loons on a lake, beautiful ripe cherries in a bowl, a mesmerizing vibrant abstract creation, and a sunset cityscape.

- Art in Action delivers the art materials to your home (free delivery in the GTA)
- Students create along with a teacher
- Students can ask questions andinteract!
