Art in Action began in 2012 and has since taught thousands of children in seven Toronto schools. We believe that every child has a unique artistic expression to be discovered and developed. We are focussed on sparking the creativity in every child through inspiring visual art projects. As children create their own unforgettable works of art they learn new ways of perceiving and looking at the world around them. This art enrichment program fosters individual free thinking, risk taking and problem-solving.
Art in Action regularly sponsors students who otherwise couldn’t take our classes due to their families economic situation. We have had over 30 bursary students take part in our program.
