Georgia O’Keeffe Landscape

Georgia O’Keeffe’s work, Evening Star, inspired our session today. We used liquid watercolours and salt to create our background. The students enjoyed the way the wet watercolour mixed to create purple and orange in the night sky. Next we used cardboard and black acrylic paint to make our trees. Take a look:
